Tulips BLOOMED

Date: 04/12/2006

Number: 1

Today we were all amazed that so many tulips had bloomed. Yesterday they were just buds, then today about 50% were bloomed. They bloomed this morning a blinding red color, that shocked our eyes. They bloomed in the Coal City Middle School Garden, where every seventh grader was preparing the garden for spring. Even a tulip that had been chewed on my Mr. Squirrel, had bloomed nicely. Since we have had great warm weather this week we were able to assume that they would be blooming sometime this week. So most of them chose today to bloom. Maybe tomorrow the rest will bloom.
