In Terre Haute, IN, Vigo County, a few pieces of swamp milkweed have popped up in the last two days. Many more expected to appear soon. Temps have been 70s and 80s daytime (high of 86/87 yesterday - my thermometer said 86, TV weatherman said 87.) TV weatherman said "normal" would have been in the sixties.
