A male Ruby-Throated Hummingbird was first seen at one of my nectar feeders at 6:05 PM on Wed. Evening, April 26th, 2006. I have kept "1st seen" records for several years and this is the earliest date for a RT to appear in my yard. Within 45 minutes a male Rose Breasted Grossbeak was also observed feeding at a safflower feeder. This means the Orioles won't be far behind.
