Our tulips have bloomed! We checked them today, and most of them have beautiful red tops. The weather is still pretty COLD. Right now at 10:15 it's 47 degrees. Last night it was in the low 30s. The ones we planted inside bloomed earlier in March. We had kept them in our refrigerator all winter long. HAPPY SPRING! :.)
