The tulips planted by the Girl Scouts, Hudson Valley Council, started blooming just before spring recess. They were in full bloom at the Albany Heritage Area Visitors Center during our Earth Day Celebration on April 18. A photo of the girl scouts planting the tulips last fall was in the Spring 2006 Girl Scouts Horizons newsletter.
