Welcome back lil'fella! This afternoon, Sunday, May 7, 2006 at 1:23PM I had my first visitor of the season, an adult male Ruby-throated Hummingbird. He fed from my O'neil Red-horsechestnuts until 7:33PM as well as some Black & Blue Salvia I'd raced out and bought this afternoon to give him more reason to stay! He looked at the feeder under the eave of my house about 3 times but spooked off or was driven off by sparrows and never quite made it there to feed. Hopefully he'll get a chance to have a nice long drink tomorrow!
