While searching areas containing milkweed to be used for MLMP projects this year, I spotted an egg on a milkweed plant. Other plants in the area were inspected and no other eggs found. In general the milkweed plants were no more than 6" in height. Many were just starting to emerge. No adult spotted but the weather conditions were cool, about 15C, with high winds, about 35kph.
