I was walking by the Rose Garden near Lake Harriet when I saw a medium size Monarch (couldn't tell sex) flit near some tulips, and then quickly fly away. It was flying fairly quickly - seemed to have a lot of energy, but then this afternoon was pretty toasty here, and it may have gotten it flying!
