While we have had some sunny moments over the past few
days, the jet stream has been stalled in a huge loop
below the Great Lakes, bringing us cold, wet and windy
weather in Ontario.

Temperatures in Toronto this morning were as slow as 3
C or 39 F. Highs reached about 49 F yesterday. One
hour north of Toronto at Barrie, and in areas north of
there, they experienced periods of large flakes of wet
snow.
