When gardening I saw a Monarch fluttering about. An hour later I saw two. Then I kept seeing one or two at regular intervals the rest of the afternoon (perhaps the same pair?) One finally stopped to nectar on a clover flower and I could see it was a female. Also found eggs on milkweed plants. I think I did more Monarch watching than gardening!
