First Monarch sighting for the year was Monday May 29 at 11:00 a.m. in Corbeil, Ontario (Nippising area to the north- 46.26 N -79.29 W - famous for the birth of the Dionne quintuplets in the 1930's).
We have had about 15 native and ornamental milkweed plants about 30 cm high to this point. As well many of our wildflowers and planted perennials have started to flower.
