My butterfly weed has been stripped of it's leaves and I have atleast 12 beautiful green chrysalis. One has emerged and flowen, another has darkened and is readying to. This is the first time in my 25+ years of butterfly gardening that I have ever accomplished this. I am so excited and can't wait to try again next year. Plan to plant more feeding material, as there are still caterpillars and I'm afraid there are not enough leaves left for them to get fat on.
