450 hummingbirds... in one day! That was the count turned in on September 4 at Lighthouse Point in New Haven, CT by a group of observers reporting to the Connecticut Orinthological Association! "Not a typo; incredible; 1/10 this number is a very good day's count" is how they wrote about this wonderful sighting.
