There are 3 chrysalis and 2 caterpillars left out of the 17 monarch caterpillars that had emerged from eggs on my milkweed plants in my garden. I observed 2 different female monarch depositing their eggs on the plant a week apart. I've fed them milkweed in a dry aquarium due to harsh weather conditions and multiple predators. I released them at a park preserve of 750 acres in Huntingtonvalley PA (Penny Pack Restorvation Trust Preserve). I hope they find their way to Cape May N>J> and Mexico.
