Last evening (9/21/06) about 5:15 pm we were taking our evening walk and we saw at least 50-100 Monarchs in the sky moving southward. What a gift to see them in migration. I haven't seen this since I was a child lying on a blanket in my backyard and just happened to see hundreds of monarchs flying overhead. Back then I had no idea what was happening. I see yesterday's sighting as a gift for the day!
