We have an exisiting garden next to our school building so we planted 40 tulips in the vegetable garden and 40 tulips in the perennial garden. The gardens face the south so get excellent morning sun. We are doing a minie experiement - we added natural fertilizer to the bulbs we planted in the perennial garden and added no fertilizer to the bulbs planted in the vegetable garden.
We can't wait to see what happens.
