Monarch PEAK Migration

Date: 10/04/2006

Number: 1

This was my best day yet here in my yard ,as far as the number of Monarchs. This also would be the last day of seeing them. They were all over was was left of my yellow butterfly bush. In fact they were crowding the flowers with 4 of them hanging off the flowers at a time. They were flying all over my yard back/forth all day long. I counted about 30 at one time. I haven't seen a one since and the temps are now in the 50's in the am.
