This may be a bit of old news but I observed 100s of monarchs last
monday oct 2 apparantly feeding on goldenrod atop the dunes in Long
Beach NY.
none today although i wasnt specifically looking for them.
Only 1 or 2 yesterday. (Oct. 9)
