We had a freeze this past night. At 8:30 PM on the evening of 10/12/06 it was 29 degrees. The morning of 10/13/06 the temperature was 24 degrees at 6:30 AM. I covered tomato plants and mums with sheets. I have yet to see their condition after the freeze.
