Monarch Fall Roost

Date: 10/11/2006

Number: 1

I've been seeing monarch singles for about 10 days. A friend reported that on the eastern edge of Sutton Co., beginning October 11th, they are roosting in her large oak tree as they always do. Definitely in the high hundreds at least.
Also seeing increasing numbers in the city limits of Sonora.
