During a heavy rain storm I found one Monarch floating in a large puddle. I knew that it would die, so I rescued him. Slowly as he dried off he began to recover. After several hours he was fully active. At that time it had stopped raining so I reluctently released him. He flew straight up and away. It is a good feeling. I hope he makes his trip.
