I think my little hummer is finally on her way south! Last saw her on Oct 19th in the afternoon--we had some pretty nasty weather--wind and rain --on Friday, Oct. 20th, hopefully she got out of here before it hit. I haven't seen her since. Leaving the feeders up though, there just might be a few more hearty hummers that may have over stayed their time. Usually leave them up until a week or so after the first heavy frost does in the flowers. Goodbye my little feathered friend, my prayers go with you for a safe journey, may we meet again, next year!!
