Spotted about 65 monarchs over the period of a youth soccer game (1 hour) over Circle C Soccer fields in far south Austin. Starting with a few at 9:00 am and by the end of the game (10:15 am) there were 5 to 6 at any one look into the sky. All were flying south at about 6 to 10 feet in the air.
