We have a hummingbird here. Still. Three days now that we have been aware of it. Saw it at the last few flower blooms in the yard. This may be the one who was still around in the late summer, when all the rest were well long gone. It may be a female Anna's. Which would be the first one I have ever seen,(or not mistaken as a Rufous?). Looks like it is staying the winter. Have put my feeder back out and learning how to keep feeders from freezing, and hoping to find some info on how to help it survive the winter.
