We are experiencing "Indian Summer" here with temps in the 80's.
I have very small caterpillars on my milkweed but I believe this is the local population laying the eggs. I don't see any Monarch's flying south. The only observation is a few local Monarch's who appear to be in good condition. I conclude that the main migration has already passed us by on their way to the Gulf of Mexico. See you next spring!
