We made our November observations for our tulip garden today (11-9). The weather was a beautiful 71 degrees after two days of rain. It was sunny with very few clouds in the sky. Soil and water temperatures were in the 60's. There was a light breeze blowing. There was very little humidity. The tulips are resting up for spring. The trees are in full color and many have lost their leaves.
