We planted our bulbs in November. We rototilled our plot on 11-9-06 and planted on 11-16-06. We found alot of worms so it's good soil. It was cloudy but very warm about 60 degrees. We planted in front of our school. There were lots of small roots from grass. We followed all the planting recommendations.
