Noticed 2 lilac bushes leafing out. These are a tree lilac type. Appx. 20 buds have fully leafed out. Other buds throughout the plants appear to be ready to leaf out as well. This is really odd because the other leaves just finished dropping. We have had below normal temps since the middle of October with a brief 2 day warm up about 2 weeks ago. These lilacs are located on the north side of a fence.
