We completed the planting of approximately 72 tulip bulbs on Nov. 3, 2006. We have the 3 raised beds (Each measuring 8'x4') with 24 tulip bulbs planted in each bed. Each bed belongs to one of the three 5th grade classes participating in Journey North. We each planted an experimental bulb in our beds. Example: One bed has a tulip bulb planted with only the top of the bulb (cut horizontally).
