Lonicera Fragrantissima (winter honeysuckle) is covered with blossoms, this usually happens in March. This should be a very interesting journey north this year seeing as we are still waiting for winters journey south.Clematis are pushing leaves, so are the regular honeysuckle, lots of shrubs have fattened buds. Hope the colder weather comes soon and prevents any further progress--if the buds open further and then February gets cold it could be very bad, especially for the berry bushes and therefore also bad for the animals and birds that feed on them.
