Our traditional tulip planting project is under the guidance of Miss Christine Ressmann, the San Antonio tulip specialist. Each year she plants about 1500 tulips in her yard for the city to enjoy. She has done this for decades, and what a glorious sight it is to behold in Texas, of all places! She has targeted January 19th as the optimum date for planting tulips in San Antonio this year, and we are following her direction.
