The students in Mrs. Lumpkin's 3rd grade class at Harlem Elementary have seen male and female robins during this week. We have seen them all over town and both on the way to school in the mornings and after school, too. The weather in Baytown has been in the lower 40's to high 30's this week, and it has been raining hard and steady all week until today. Today it is chilly and there is no rain.
