I saw my first wave of migrating American Robins feeding on fruit of the California Pepper Tree (Schinus molle) January 23, 2007. The robins were joined by Cedar Waxwings. I also saw a wave of American Robins with several Northern Flickers at the John Muir National Historic Site in Martinez, CA on 1/24/07.
