My boyfriend and I saw a ruby-throated hummingbird by the beach at Carkeek Park on Saturday Jan.20th,2007 about 12:30pm. We were shocked to see a hummingbird at the park. It was a beautiful bird with a fluorescent ruby neck and a long beak. It was flying about really fast and you could barely see its wings as it flew.
