Many robins never left Minnesota again this year. I see them on my daily walks in a nearby nature center in suburban Minneapolis and in my yard. I fear for them now, however, as it has gotten very cold and is going to -15 this weekend, which will mean -20 in my low-lying garden. For a change, this is normal weather for us in zone 4, but not for the robins, who don't belong here right now.
