First robins of 2007 on Jan. 10 in mixed flock with cedar waxwings feeding on any berries they could find - dogwood, cherry laurel, burford holly. Then large flock on Jan. 12 with 50 +. Again on Jan. 16 very large flock with 100+. Counted 10 at small ground level fountain at one time. We have traditionally had large flocks show up in early Feb. These are earlier than the norm here.
