Robin (First SEEN)

Date: 01/31/2007

Number: 1

I heard 17 Robins in a ten minute period and I saw 13 Robins in the sae period between 5:07 and 5:17PM

I'm pretty sure that I heard 1-3 robins from 6:10 PM- 6:25 PM. I heard thr deep, sort-of lower whistle instead of the high, breathy whistles that I heard. I was in my fronyard. I heard some 8 other whistles that I'm pretty sure aren't robins, but I think are worth recording.

I saw eight robins

January, 31, 2007. At 3.15 pm, I went outside in my backyard, on my porch for 15 minutes. I did not see any American Robins, but I heard one Robins.

I was in the car and I saw a Robin swoop down right in front of our car. It landed on a tree and began to sing. It seemed happy to be back. It was kind of cold that day and it fluffed its feathers and looked puffy.

I saw a robin this morning in a tree with a orange chest and a brown body with a puffed up chest.

I walked outside yesterday at 2:25, and stayed outside for 15 minutes. I didn't hear any Robin calls, but I saw 2 robins in my yard. I must have been about 50 degrees outside.

I spotted about 100 robins in about 15 minutes. They were in the trees in my back yard in Columbia S.C. they were flying and singing throughout the tree's.

on the day that i sighted this robin, it was about 4:00 PM. it was very cold and almost cold enough to snow. i stood out there for about 30 minutes and saw 2 robins and heard what souned like 5 in the surrounding area. this was in the back yard of my house, in a very large tree. then, i saw another fly across and sit next to it. it think it was a male and female. then, they sang a song to another robin which i couldnt see.

From 4:30-4:45pm on Thursday January 31, 2006 I sat on my porch looking for robins. As soon as I got outside I saw 2 robins singing and chasing each other. They quickly flew into the trees before I got a very close view of them. I kept on looking for another 15 minutes, but didn't see any more robins. The weather was about 60 degrees and sunny.

I found 2 robins in my back yard on wednesday at about 4:00 to 4:30 with warm and sunny conditions. The robins I saw were sitting in a tree and they were resting in the sun. They were making no attempt to make a nest.I watched robins from my back yard. There were 5 fairly large robins. I could hear them singing but I could not identify the song. The robins apeared to be ewating worms and berries. There were 3 small blue robin eggs in our bird box.

I saw three live robins at my house from 2:07 to 2:37. The sky was clear. It was cold, about 40 degrees fahrenheit. They were eating suet at my house. They were singing and came at different times.

I saw 45 robins. The weater was clear. I watch for 15 min. 1/31/07

this morning about 9:00 i saw 20 robins after some snow had fell about 9:15 i saw 100 in the same spot.

I heard about 1-3 true robin songs in a 15 minute period, through 6:10- 6:15 PM.
