We first noticed a wave of Robins at least 50 or more on Ground Hogs day of 2005 they swarmed into our Holly tree in our backyard and eat every last berry on the tree, and now they are here today 02/03/07 eating all the berrys off our tree.
My wife is a retired 1st grade teacher and used to the children about birds, she doesn't understand what the Robins are doing here in the winter and also thought that Robins only ate worms and insects, not berrys
