We are hearing the robin(s) early in the morning just as the light
comes up. The weather here in Northern New Jersey has been very cold (teens at
night)but bright during the day, still cold though.
On the day that I saw the Robins (3) they were in a small tree on a
grassy hill near my home. They appeared to be fighting with each other
for a spot in the tree. We have a bird feeder and heated bath that
attracts many birds

(a redtail hawk on Tuesday!)so the Robins could have been calling out
to each other.

I didn't get a chance until now to listen to the (song)link. That is the song that I hear just as it's getting light out!
I am hearing exactly that song.
