Robin (First SEEN)

Date: 01/31/2007

Number: 1

Snow arrived on the 16th of January, but the temperature remained in the 30's most of the time.
There were 4 - 5 robins in between the houses the last few days of January. There was snow on the ground and the temperature was around 30'F. They were with sparrows and starlings, both on the ground and in the maple trees. They were not singing at all. That was the only time the robins were seen.
On Feb. 1st, the weather turned extremely cold, 0'F with strong winds. It has remained that way for the passed 2 weeks. We had about a foot of snow overnight last night.
