Our first gray whales were sighted migrating south on February 9, 2007 as our boat headed south with passengers aboard bound for Laguna San Ignacio.
Once in the lagoon, there were many, many whales. Mating, breaching and curious whales were all seen. One cow and her calf were also seen on February 11 and 12 while in the lagoon.
