One male red-winged blackbird was seen alone the road at 8:00 AM. The weather was grey and cloudy and it was about 38 degrees.
Other birders spotted about 10 red wings on Feb. 18 at the Ladd Marsh Wildlife Refuge near Union, Oregon.
