Weather: sunny and mid-30's; still 2 feet of snow on the ground

Robins: approximately 24. They were on the southwest side of the roof of our building: drinking water from the gutters and eating grit from the shingles. Lots of flying from tree to roof and back again. Realtively plump birds with light color, but robins nonetheless.
