I have been feeding a robin since January 21, 2007. Snow has covered the ground for much of the past 3+ weeks, it has been very cold and the local fruit trees are bare. I have been providing it daily raisins, which it eats across the day, when it isn't being harassed by a Northern Mockingbird, which also likes the raisins. For whatever reason, I only see one robin, which flies down to a lower branch to meet me and ask for food when I go outside.
