Bald Eagle

Date: 02/27/2007

Number: 1

About midday, between noon and 1:00 pm observed a single Bald eagle flying in a south westerly direction towards where I live. The Kettle River is nearby and the ice is melting and breaking up. It flew overhead, gliding on the windy updrafts. The sun came out for a couple of hours. There is about 2 to 3 ft. of snow in our area up here. What a magnificent sight.
