Number: 1

I live in Stacy, Minnesota. I have a barn, that is where the Swallows gather. Sometimes they go in the shed. They will dive bomb and nip you. The cats get dive bombed the most, then the dogs. The birds make the nests on the lights and on beams. The nest are made of mud and straw. They are protective of their space. The barn swallows will chase the other birds away. At night they look like bats. Barn swallows eat bugs. We get about ten nests in the barn the baby birds are pink. I have not seen them make a nest in a tree. The birds will stick together all the time. the birds are black, blue, brown, and white. They are very fast too and they squawck a lot the eggs are the size of a nickel and are spotted. If a preditor is going to get the nest, the birds will act like they are hurt and lead the preditor away.
