We found some tropical milkweed in our outdoor classroom while doing some spring cleaning over the weekend. It is under an overhang against a south facing wall. The milkweed is about four inches tall and has several leaves already. We had a very mild winter here in southwest Arkansas and this milkweed seems to have survived. We're just waiting for the monarchs.
