After a long cold spell, the snow finally melted. We came to school to discover that a few of our Journey North bulps had begin to send shoots above the ground. There were six up that were almost an inch long. Only a few we hope of the many to come. They had managed to grow even though they had benn buried by a foot of snow for over a month. Yeah! Spring is in the air!
