Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

We saw 2 today, It was 11:41am when the frist came out of the west. He only stopped for a second and only took 1 small sip from our # 1 feeder. He then headed east since there are more trees in that direction.
The second (his red we not as bright )came in @ 12:00 noon and hovered for 2-3 seconds, he went to our # 2 feeded and sipped for 15-20 seconds. He moved around the feeder sipping from 2 of the 4 flowers. At each flower he must of tanken 4-5 sips. He then flew off to the east, and I thought he might return after sitting a spell on a near by tree limb but no luck.
I was proud to see these hummers so soon this year since we did not have one untill July of last year. Then we had a family of 3 nesting near by.A mother and 2 babys we watched them get bigger untill they left in Oct. The 2 young ones were almost always together and fighting constantly.
