They'rrre baaaack!!! Saw my 1st Monarch of the season this evening about 7:30 p.m. in my yard, nectaring on my flowering crabapple tree and lilacs, and then flew up into the trees. It was too far away to get a good look.

Temps around 68 degrees. Wind- S. 9. Cloudy, humidity 81%.

Swamp milkweed is just barely up. A. aperula and veridis are just barely peaking out of the ground.

It's so good to have them back.
